We offer digital materials such as online courses, e-books, and membership content. Upon successful payment, customers will gain access to these resources for self-paced learning.

3. Goods

4. Payment Terms

Fees for our services, products, and merchandise are listed on the Website and are due at the time of booking or checkout. We accept major credit cards and other online payment methods. All fees are non-transferable unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for any service charges imposed by their card issuer.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Coaching Services

Individual and group coaching sessions may be eligible for a refund if no session has been conducted. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via our contact form. Alternatively, clients may reschedule sessions free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or absence without notice are not refundable to preserve scheduling commitments. Approved refund amounts will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

5.2 Info Products

Digital content may be eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the material has been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, complete the contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

5.3 Goods

Merchandise may be mailed back for a refund within 30 days of shipment, subject to an inspection. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate this process, complete our contact form. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule coaching sessions or workshops up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time by completing the contact form. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refundable.

7. Modifications to Terms

LeaderWayPro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Website or email. Continued use of the services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
